Who decides the winner of the Start-up Award?

Application Period: May 29 to August 15
Start-ups can apply to participate in the Start-up Award via an online form.
Selection: August 15 to August 30
The jury and the BVL will select five startups to pitch at the CX. These companies will be notified on August 30.
Pitch and Award Ceremony: October 22
The companies will pitch their ideas at the CX. Following the voting, the Start-up Award will be presented.

Only those who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate:
- The company was founded no more than five years ago.
- The company has an innovative business model.
- Sales are less than 10 million euros/year.
- Not a spin-off.
- The core activity is not management consulting.
- A maximum of 50 employees subject to social insurance contributions.
In addition, the business idea must align with one of the 6 CX key topics for 2026.
