Room rates per night without breakfast (excluding breakfast and Berlin City Tax):
- Standard Single Room: €203.00
- Standard Double Room: €215.00
Rates include service charges and applicable VAT.
Breakfast is available for an additional €25.00 per person per day.
The overnight accommodation tax (City Tax) levied by the City of Berlin amounts to 7.5% of the net room rate plus 7% VAT and will be charged in addition to the agreed room rates.
