Adrian Bühring is Managing Director and shareholder of KOMPASS360° GmbH, based in Münster, Germany. He has several years of consulting experience in industry and logistics, with a particular focus on the intersection of work science, ergonomics, occupational health and safety, and operational process improvement. He studied Medical Engineering and Physical Engineering with a focus on work science and further expanded his expertise in areas such as usability engineering.
Throughout his consulting career, he has supported companies in analysing and improving operational work processes across logistics, warehousing, industrial and production-related environments. His work consistently combines human factors and ergonomics with productivity, quality, safety, and economic efficiency.
At KOMPASS360°, he is developing this approach further through a data-driven Health Lean Management Framework. At its core is SLEQHexcellence, combining sensor technology, motion and environmental data, process analysis, and AI-supported recommendations. The goal is to objectively identify physical and psychosocial strain, inefficiencies, and operational improvement potential and translate these findings directly into practical solutions.
