His career began with a degree in mechanical engineering, followed by a master's degree in aerospace. His doctorate in turbulence research gave him a profound insight into complex dynamic systems.
At NEURA Robotics, Dr Blass is responsible for the efficient implementation of processes and structures, operational scaling and the coordination of investments. Through advancements in combining modern agile methods with established structures, he has coined the term "Hybrid Agility", continuously striving to find new ways to improve efficiency and flexibility.
