Dipl.-Geogr. Anita Würmser ist geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin der impact media projects GmbH in Ismaning. Sie ist Juryvorsitzende und Geschäftsführerin der internationalen Auszeichnungen Logistics Hall of Fame sowie IFOY AWARD (International Intralogistics and Forklift Truck of the Year).
Nach dem Studium der Wirtschaftsgeografie und Politikwissenschaft und einer journalistischen Ausbildung an der Universität Regensburg begann sie 1988 ihre berufliche Laufbahn bei der Audi AG im Bereich Einkauf und Logistik. Von 1990 bis 2000 war sie Chefredakteurin des Fachmagazins LOGISTIK HEUTE. Von 2000 bis 2009 verantwortete sie als Chefredakteurin die Fachzeitschriften VerkehrsRundschau, Logistik inside und Verkehrsdienst.
2009 gründete sie die Managementberatung wuermser.communications, 2018 folgte die Kommunikationsberatung impact media projects GmbH. Zu den international bekannten Marken des Unternehmens zählen die Logistics Hall of Fame der IFOY AWARD sowie das TEST CAMP INTRALOGISTICS und die ConnectChains - Humanitärian Supply Chain Conference.
