Igor Perzel

Igor has many years’ international leadership experience in operations, e-commerce fulfilment and logistics, with responsibility for large organisations, complex transformations and automation.

As Director of Operations and Managing Director for the Czech Republic at AUTODOC, he has been responsible since 2026 for AUTODOC’s fulfilment and warehouse operations at the logistics sites in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic, as well as for collaboration with 3PL operations in Belgium and the UK. In this role, he leads a direct operations organisation of around 3,000 FTEs and works closely with the global SCM leadership on strategic decisions. Previously, he was responsible for AUTODOC’s Czech operations as Head of Operations and Managing Director for the Czech Republic.

As Director of Distribution Centre at Allegro, he managed the central distribution centre in Jirny near Prague from 2023 to 2025 and was responsible for the 1P fulfilment and logistics activities of Mall, CZC and Allegro.cz, including claims and returns. His responsibilities included end-to-end P&L and KPI accountability, the integration of logistics functions into Allegro’s structures, and the further development of teams, processes and operational standards.

At Loxxess, he served as Senior Head of Operations from 2021 to 2023 and was responsible for the company’s largest project – e-commerce fulfilment for DM (Drogerie Markt) – including the implementation, launch and stabilisation of a new, highly automated fulfilment centre in the Czech Republic.

At Amazon, he worked as a Senior Operations Manager from 2016 to 2020, including a role as Outbound Senior Operations Manager, where he helped to set up and stabilise Amazon’s first robot-assisted fulfilment centre in France. Prior to that, he was responsible for outbound and reverse logistics at one of the largest fulfilment centres in the Amazon network in the Czech Republic, which employed more than 2,000 staff.

His academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree from the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest.
