Kay Schiebur

Kay Schiebur, born 1968 in Hamburg, has held the post of Otto Group Executive Board Member, Services since April 1, 2018, and is in charge of steering the Group’s national and international logistics activities as well as the Baur Group.

The qualified freight manager began his career at the international logistics service provider Schenker, holding various posts in the retail and logistics sector over the following years. Kay later qualified as freight logistics manager at the Hamburg Academy of Transport.

Since 2002, Kay has played a key role in shaping and developing logistics at the international convenience wholesaler Lekkerland. Kay joined the Executive Board as Member for Purchasing and Logistics in 2008. As Chief Supply Chain Officer, Kay has been in charge of merchandise planning and logistics since 2013. Kay sits on the Executive Board of the German Federal Logistics Association (BVL) and is a member of the GS-1 Supervisory Board. Since 2024 Kay is also a plenary member and Vice-Chair of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.
