Malte Guske is Head of Sales Western & Central Europe at Locus Robotics, where he leads regional go-to-market strategy and drives business growth across key European markets. With more than twelve years of experience in intralogistics, automation, and modern fulfillment, he works closely with organizations in logistics, e-commerce, and retail to make their operations more efficient, scalable, and customer-centric. His focus is on translating innovative robotics technologies into practical, real-world applications that help companies keep pace with rising expectations around speed, flexibility, and transparency. Since joining Locus Robotics, Malte has played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint in Europe. Prior to his current role, he held senior business development positions, leading complex automation initiatives for international key accounts. Working alongside cross-functional teams, he helps design and implement solutions that deliver fast time-to-value, operational flexibility, and measurable business outcomes. Earlier in his career, Malte gained extensive experience at Honeywell and Körber Supply Chain, advising customers on software-driven automation in demanding logistics environments. He began his professional journey at BASF, building a strong foundation in business and operations. A regular speaker at international conferences and industry events, Malte shares practical perspectives on the evolution of data-driven supply chains and the effective use of robotics and automation. Known for bridging the gap between strategy, technology, and execution, he brings a pragmatic viewpoint on how companies can strengthen operational performance while enhancing customer experience. He believes that intelligent automation will be a defining factor in building resilient, future-ready supply chains.
