Matthias Hülsmann (MBA) is the Senior Vice President of Global E2E Logistics at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. In his 24 years with Bosch, he has led key finance and supply chain operations across four countries, focusing on orchestrating major organizational transformations and restructuring initiatives on a global scale. In his current role, he is responsible for a global E2E logistics network consisting of 52 distribution centers and 22 plants, managing a workforce of over 2,500 employees.
His professional experience across Germany, Italy, France, and Spain spans roles in general management, finance controlling and logistics. This includes serving as the General Manager of the legal entity in Italy. His career is characterized by E2E supply chain optimization across different industries, alongside a strong focus on high-performance team management.
Hülsmann’s work centers on successfully scaling data-driven and AI-driven operations. This includes integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and automation solutions into the business and warehousing systems of the global supply chain. Through his entrepreneurial ventures, he has also designed digital business models and software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms for supply chain management. He is fluent in German, English, French, and Italian.
