Michael Hötte is Co-Founder and CCO of Bonisoft GmbH, focusing on the digitalization of operational processes in logistics, industry, and service. At Bonisoft, he develops solutions for process and performance management, digital checklists, employee communication, and gamification.
Previously, he was involved in building a TMS/WMS software company with around 40 employees and founded companies in the cleantech sector. He combines many years of experience in building technology companies with a strong focus on logistics, digitalization, and the practical implementation of new business models.
