Michelle Shi-Verdaasdonk

In February 2026, Michelle was appointed Chief Product Officer of Electrolux Group, responsible for defining, planning, and delivering our technology, product, and ecosystem roadmap while enhancing distinctive branded design and sustainability leadership.
She rejoined Electrolux Group as Chief Procurement Officer in December 2024, bringing to the company her global experience in procurement, manufacturing, supply chain and product development, having previously served as Global Manufacturing and Procurement Director from 2010 to 2015. Most recently, she was Chief Supply Chain Officer and Executive Committee member at Dyson, and prior to that, was Head of Manufacturing at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting).

Originally from Australia, Michelle trained as an aerospace engineer and holds a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering and Aviation Science, a Master’s in Engineering and an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School.

She is a recognized supply chain and product development leader and advocate for women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). She serves on the board of Polaroid and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Michelle is part of Electrolux Group Management and is based in Sweden.
