Sebastian Bögel

Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency Germany | JLL

Sebastian Bögel has been serving as Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency Germany at JLL since October 2025. In this role, he leads a nationwide team of approximately 40 professionals across nine locations in Germany and is responsible for the leasing of industrial, logistics, and manufacturing properties as well as the sale of greenfield and brownfield sites. He also works closely with Industrial & Logistics colleagues across EMEA, other business lines, and partners in supply chain, financial planning, and energy and battery storage solutions. 
His professional career began in 2006 at GEIS as a Project Engineer. In 2008, he joined LOXXESS AG as Business Development Manager. From 2011 to 2013, he served as Senior Manager at PACT Communication Group, followed by a Senior Manager position at Computershare Communication Services GmbH. 
Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in 2015, Sebastian Bögel has held a series of leadership positions and, following his role as Team Leader Industrial & Logistics Agency South in 2019, was appointed Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency Germany in 2025.
His extensive client and partner network includes Schnellecke Real Estate, Prologis, P3, Garbe, Panattoni, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Nagel Group, Logwin, Geis Global Logistics, LOXXESS AG, and Scannell, among others. 
Sebastian Bögel holds qualifications as a Certified Freight Forwarding Agent, Transport Business Administrator (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), and Real Estate Manager (EBS). He is also actively involved in the German Association for Supply Chain Management, Transport and Logistics (BVL).
