Sina Wans is an entrepreneur, advisory board member, and founder of unusual business. For over six years, she has been developing and leading strategic business communities in which companies work together to build new capabilities, accelerate innovation, and solve complex strategic challenges.

To date, she has brought together more than 60 companies from over 40 industries in unusual business Circles as well as cross-company innovation and strategy initiatives. These include STIHL, Vector Informatik, Festo, Voith, Kärcher, Miele, and Stadtwerke Stuttgart, among others. Together, they develop actionable insights and concrete solutions on topics such as transformation, supply chains, digitalization, sustainability, and organizational development.

Before founding unusual business, Sina Wans was a co-founder and managing director of the sustainability consulting firm Sustainable Thinking. There, she supported numerous companies in their strategic planning processes. Her professional background lies in risk and sustainability management, as well as in international supply chain and fashion retail management.

Her business experience is complemented by strategic roles at the executive level. For over four years, she has served on the advisory board of a family-owned holding company, where she supports long-term diversification and M&A processes. In addition, she is a member of the Business Council for Sustainability & Future Viability of the state capital of Stuttgart.

Sina Wans believes that future readiness is no longer created solely within companies, but increasingly between them.
