Artificial intelligence is intended to improve processes, reduce costs, and unlock new potential. In practice, however, the transition from initial pilot projects to widespread implementation is often slow. Why is that? What role do data quality, governance, and organization play? And what distinguishes companies that successfully scale AI from those that are still in the early stages? This session examines the current level of maturity in the manufacturing and logistics industries regarding the use of AI. It is based on recent study findings from TMG CONSULTANTS as well as practical experience from Robert Bosch Power Tools in the global logistics environment.
