Andreas Janßen has been a member of the management team for the Defence division since 2024, where his responsibilities included sales and business development.
On July 1, 2026, he assumed operational management of the business as Chief Operating Officer, while also retaining responsibility for business development.
Previously, he served on the management board of the Dirks Group and as Managing Director and Head of Business Unit Distribution at Dirks Distribution GmbH & Co. KG, where he oversaw logistics and distribution sites as well as the development and implementation of new customer projects.
His professional background also includes leadership and management roles in the logistics and industrial sectors, including positions in business development at Schenker Deutschland AG and as a project manager at Schenker Industrial Logistics GmbH.
