Dana von der Heide is Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of Perform.AI (formerly Parcel Perform), the AI Commerce Operating System for retailers and brands. Together with Arne Jeroschewski, she founded the company in Singapore more than ten years ago and grew it into an international platform with offices across Asia and Europe, including Berlin.
Before founding the company, Dana worked in international logistics in global strategy and regional business development. That experience still shapes her perspective: she connects the operational reality of logistics with data and technology. At Parcel Perform, she was an early advocate of machine learning, for example to predict delivery dates from the tracking data of hundreds of carriers. Today, her focus is on how AI agents are changing commerce, and what data companies need so that agents can trust their promises on delivery, availability and returns.
Dana works closely with retailers, brands and logistics providers across Europe. These conversations have taught her that the biggest changes rarely happen inside a single organisation. They happen between retailers, service providers, technology partners and teams. That is exactly where her session starts: when does it pay to build, when to buy, and when to build together with partners?
Alongside her work at Perform.AI, Dana is committed to bringing more women into logistics and tech. She received the Digital Female Leader Award in the Innovation category and speaks regularly at international industry events about AI, data and the future of commerce.
