Heiko Müller

Heiko Müller has been working in digital business for over 30 years and combines technological expertise with in-depth logistics knowledge. A graduate in information technology, he is responsible for the design and implementation of software projects for logistics service providers and shippers at HEC GmbH (team neusta Group). His focus is on the digitalization and transformation of logistics processes – from the initial idea to implementation.

As managing director of SOI GmbH (www.soi-logistics.de), he advises companies on digital transformation and the optimization of logistics structures. Until 2024, he was also a board member of the IoT+ Network, the BMWK-funded de:hub for IoT in Berlin, where he helped shape the development of innovative IoT solutions.

In addition to his professional activities, Heiko Müller is involved in the German Logistics Association (BVL), where he promotes exchange within the logistics community in the northwest as spokesperson for the Weser/Ems regional group.

With his experience at the interface of digitalization, IoT, and logistics, he provides practical ideas and food for thought on how companies can make their processes fit for the future.
