COO | Ocado Intelligent Automation
Leah is the COO of Ocado Intelligent Automation (OIA), a business unit of Ocado Group that provides end-to-end automated fulfilment technology to brands in healthcare, retail apparel and footwear, consumer packaged goods, and third-party logistics. She oversees operational success for OIA’s customers in project implementation and ongoing live operations.
Leah joined Ocado Group in 2020 having previously worked in a variety of senior roles in both consultancy and industry. Immediately before joining Ocado, Leah worked as a Director for consultancy firm Alvarez and Marsal, having previously been a Managing Director for a business unit within FTSE 250 engineering firm Babcock.
She graduated from the University of Calgary, Canada with a degree in Business.
