Dr. Elisa Roth steht für “Wertschätzung für Wertschöpfung”. Nach ihrem Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit Fachrichtung Maschinenbau (TU Darmstadt), promovierte sie am Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge zum Thema technologiegestütztes Lernen und Werkerassistenzsysteme in der Produktion. Ihre Forschung wurde durch ein Stipendium der Stiftung der deutschen Wirtschaft gefördert, mit dem Ziel, dem Fachkräftemangel entgegenzuwirken. Während ihres Fellowships am Weltwirtschaftsforum brachte Dr. Roth das Thema als Teil der Augmented Workforce Initiative erfolgreich auf die globale Agenda. Mit vorherigen Stationen in der Operations Beratung, Produktentwicklung und Business Development gestaltet sie heute als Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin der Augmented Industries GmbH die Zukunft einer menschzentrierten Produktion. Als Anbieter für innovative KI-gestützte Trainingssoftware, wurde sie auf der Forbes 30Under30 Liste Europe Industry & Manufacturing ausgezeichnet. Zudem engagiert sich Dr. Roth in der Europäischen Kommission als Mitglied der Industry 5.0 Community of Practice.
