During his responsibility at Deutsche Bahn as Vice President Supply Chain, he increased parts and vehicle availability by over 70% while reducing supply chain cost in a double-digit million € range - always focusing customer needs on an end-2-end optimization.

Today, as Vice President Global Supply Chain at Voith Turbo, he is driving Voith's worldwide logistics and supply chain optimization program to improve supply chain performance by at least 10% optimized costs, securing the company's overall profitability.
